1-1 Our Company shall always bear financial responsibility for the balance in the customer's securities account.
1-2 Our Company's financial responsibility shall continue from the time the initial record of the customer's deposit is made until the funds are fully refunded.
1-3 The customer has the right to claim from our Company the available funds deposited in the customer's securities account.
1-4 The only official methods of deposit/withdrawal are those displayed on our Company's official website. As payment methods are outside the responsibility of our Company and its affiliates, the customer is deemed to have accepted all risks associated with the use of these payment methods. our Company shall not be held responsible for any delays or cancellations of transactions due to the payment methods.
1-5 Our Company shall not be held responsible for the operations of any third-party service providers used by the customer to make deposits or withdrawals. Our Company's financial responsibility for the customer's funds shall commence when the funds are transferred to our Company's bank account or other bank accounts associated with the payment methods specified on our Company's website. In the event that fraud is detected during or after a financial transaction, our Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and freeze the customer's securities account.
Our Company's responsibility for the customer's funds shall terminate when the funds are withdrawn from our Company's bank account or other bank accounts associated with our Company.
2-1 Member registration requires two main steps:
- Member's web registration
- ID verification
To complete the steps, the member must:
- Provide our Company with actual identification documents and Address Verification Documents
- Agree to our Company's terms and conditions and its attachments
2-2 To complete step 2, our Company shall request, and the member must provide:
- Scanned data or photo data of the member's ID documents
- Copies of all pages of the identification document containing the photo and personal details
Our Company reserves the right to request the member for scanned data of utility bills, bank statements, bank cards, or other documents that may be required during identity verification.
To make a deposit, the member must submit an inquiry through the My Page section. To complete the inquiry, the member must select one of the payment methods from the list, fill in all the necessary details, and proceed with the payment. 4-1 Regarding the withdrawal cycle, withdrawal requests shall be accepted based on the definition of the term specified in the terms and conditions. Depending on the withdrawal amount, it may require 2 or more terms.

As there are factors beyond our Company's control, such as bank processing times, our Company cannot specify the processing time. 4-3 Withdrawals, refunds, compensations, and other payments made from the member's securities account can only be made using the same method (bank or payment card, etc.) used for depositing the funds. Withdrawals from the securities account can only be made in the same currency as the original deposit.
4-4 The conversion rates, fees, and other costs for each withdrawal method are set by our Company and may be changed at our Company's discretion. Exchange rates may differ from the exchange rates set by the authorities of specific countries and the current market exchange rates of the related currencies.
4-5 In the case of deposits made by bank transfer, withdrawals shall be made by bank transfer.
4-6 The customer can only request refunds to a bank account opened in their own name. our Company shall not accept or execute transfer orders to third-party bank accounts.
The customer agrees that our Company shall not be held responsible for the time taken for bank transfers.
4-7 Wire Transfers
(1) The customer can only request refunds to their personal electronic payment system account from which the payment was made.
(2) Our Company must transfer the funds to the customer's electronic bank account in accordance with the information provided in the refund request.
(3) The customer agrees that our Company shall not be held responsible for the time taken for wire transfers or any technical failures that occur during the transfer, provided they are not due to our Company's negligence.
(4) Our Company may, at its discretion, propose other methods for the customer to withdraw funds from their securities account.
5-1 As our Company is not a tax authority, it shall not provide the customer's financial information to third parties. However, such information may be provided only in the event of an official request from government agencies.
5-2 Please follow the laws of your country of residence regarding your tax obligations. As we are not a tax authority, we do not provide instructions or guidance regarding the above.
6-1 Refund requests shall be deemed accepted by our Company when created through the customer's My Page and displayed in the balance history section and our Company's system for the customer's request clarification. Requests created by methods other than those specified in this clause shall not be accepted or executed by our Company.
6-2 If there are any errors in the payment information provided by the customer when creating a refund request, resulting in a failure to transfer the funds to the customer's external bank account, the customer shall pay a fee to resolve the situation.
